Wow, 6 months huh? Geez Kel, do ya think maybe this dusty ol place is looking a little deserted? Huh, funny how things shift, life moves on, changes occur………. At one point in my life online resources were of the utmost importance, it was really the only place I could consistently be me. So it’s not as if I don’t appreciate this blog, or the internet, it’s just that once one begins living life in the real world, that was once only online, it can feel so fulfilling, and yet at the same time the loss of those online connections can be felt by many far and wide. For those of you who still occasionally stop by and seek out my drivel, I apologize that it appears that I take your readership for granted. I truly do not disregard you, I do really appreciate you, even if I can’t always keep up with the appetite of a constant reader. I do care about you, and I thank you for being here.
Okie dokie, so what have I been up to while I have been out living in the real world? Um, I bought a boat! Yup! So exciting! We got ourselves a waterski boat and I have been kicking ass as a 52 year old in-shape hot chicky who can do boating water sports better than anyone who has been on her boat! Exaggeration? Maybe, but seriously I am the best that our boat has towed so far. I’ve only just started getting up on a single water ski, but I got up for the first time ever just this past summer! Do you know how frickin cool that is? Seriously, I’m 52 and I’m out there seriously kicking ass.
Along those same lines I joined a gym recently! Eeek! That means I am getting back into my swim suit, cap, and goggles and swimming yardage! If you don’t know swimmer lingo, that means I am swimming back and forth in a pool a whole bunch of times without stopping. I think my most recent furthest was about 2000 yards….. which is like 80 laps or so in a 25 yard pool. But even more cool than that is using the right locker room for the first time in my life! that is so amazing! I love it!
What else???? Well I am contemplating another surgery…. a fat transfer breast augmentation. Eeek! Yeah I’m kind of excited and yet freaking out. I’d really like it, but I’m also a bit nervous. Like my boobs are small, but they are super cute! I’d hate for something to go wrong and for me to end up with not so cute boobs. That would be a super big bummer. So tomorrow during my consultation I’m going to try and ask the best possible questions that I can. Hmmm…. wish me luck!
